Bruce Curry

Summary of Experience

Mr. Curry joined a multi-office statewide firm in 1990. In 1998, he became a partner in the firm. In 2002, Bruce became one of the two original founders of CURRY, ROBY & MULVEY CO., LLC. Bruce is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts sitting in Ohio, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Bruce is also a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations, and is also a long time member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.

The primary emphasis of Mr. Curry’s practice is insurance defense and related litigation. He has participated in numerous jury trials to conclusion and has achieved a superior trial record. His experience includes handling a wide variety of commercial and personal lines first and third party property, casualty and related claims. He has significant experience with claims involving construction defects, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. Mr. Curry also has significant experience with product liability and employer/employee intentional tort claims, and routinely handles declaratory judgment and interpleader actions at both trial and appellate levels..

Mr. Curry is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Columbus CEO Magazine as one of Columbus’ Top Lawyers.

Education

Bruce attended the University of Colorado, and then graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, cum laude, in 1987, before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1990.
