Ms. Magorien is an associate with Curry Roby in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office. She graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2021. During law school Ms. Magorien served as Articles Editor of the Capital University Law School Law Review, maintained a Graduate Teaching Assistant position, and regularly participated in the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program where she assisted with tax preparation for the underserved. Ms. Magorien joined Curry Roby as a law clerk in January 2020 and clerked for the firm throughout law school. During that time she gained extensive experience in handling a variety of matters including insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal-injury, tort defense, construction-defect defense, dog bites and bad faith.
